The film tells the tragic journey of Giulio, a salesman in a supermarket chain who sees his life crumble when his wife Annalisa asks for a divorce, gets the house where he lives with the children and begins a path to distance them from him. Forced to live in a car, accused of beating his daughter, stuck with drugs in the car, he will end up in jail. The film follows the long judicial process that follows.
