SIMON
synopsis
The film indulges in the unlikely friendship between Simon, a hash dealer and a typical Amsterdam heterosexual male and Camiel, a timid homosexual student of dentistry. A truly Terstallian comedy of manners in which socially relevant themes play an important role as well. Simon wins 4 Golden Calfs at Netherlands Film Festival (Best Director and Best Actor for Cees Geel).
