The italian 'Southern Question' today, with the differences between Southern Italy and Northern Italy, also retracing the socio-economic choices of the last seventy years of history, as experienced and recounted by the younger generations who have chosen to emigrate from the South to the North, or to return to their homeland, through the accounts of experts who can answer the age-old question: why are young southerners forced to emigrate in order to build a future and achieve fulfilment?
