Marco, in his twenties, is filling in for his friend on Valentine’s day at an emergency call center for an elevator company. At around 3am, a young woman calls to say she is stuck in a lift and is having a panic attack. Marco tries to calm her down on the phone but there is no technician available to rescue her.
