Remek Wróbel is a postman and an avid amateur soccer player. He is in his forties and lives a bachelor's life. He passionately studies the encyclopedia, exercising his extraordinary memory. Apart from the resourceful, shady business, Pedro, there is no one close to him in the world. And he's fine with it. One day everything changes - his well-ordered life turns upside down, and unexpectedly appear in him Grandpa, whom he has not known so far, and a new, outspoken neighbor Marzenka. Remek will have to learn how to make lemonade when life gives you lemons.
