Elias is a reclusive, penniless but gifted writer, struggling for inspiration to write his second novel. On a snowy New Year’s Eve, in a Parisian café, he encounters the love of his life: it’s a ‘coup de foudre’ between him and Eleonore, a famous movie star, who later disappears at the end of the night. Following numerous misunderstandings, jealousy and surprising twists and turns, from Paris to Cinecitta, it ultimately takes a movie to reunite them.
