In Danish smalltown Skjern in the 80s, two very different lives intersected and together they had a daughter, Nicoline. Kim, the down-to-earth North Jutlander with a passion for angling and local football, met Annette, the restless soul from Zealand, who rolled through town in tight jeans on roller skates.
