Katharina, Ricky, Victoria, and Malou are living in foster care. The anarchist utopia they’ve established is an answer to everything they reject: parents, school, rules. Under the half-hearted care of Ballack, the social worker, things are all right until their “live and let live” arrangement begins to falter.
