synopsis
In 1908, Céleste works as a maid for Victoire and André. While her life unfolds discreetly in the service, Victoire questions her role as a wife and the expectations of her social circle. In this bourgeois household, the two women form an unexpected bond, defying the conventions and unspoken rules of a rigid society.
