FERRIS WHEEL

by Julien Hosmalin

synopsis

Maria is raising her two sons, Rayan and Dario, on her own. The three of them run a shooting gallery at a small fairground. After going for a ride on his big brother's motorcycle, Dario disappears and cannot be found. It is only the next day that he reappears, injured and silent... Twenty years later, upon their mother's death, the two brothers are reunited. Dario has rebuilt his life in Canada, while Rayan has remained in Ferris Wheel, living off the shooting gallery and small-time scams. Dario rediscovers this almost forgotten fairground life and the family that makes it up. But one evening, among Rayan's entourage, he finds himself face to face with one of his kidnappers. From that day on, the two brothers must deal with revenge on one side and forgiveness on the other...
