synopsis
Carla Pérez is a young Cuban postal worker who desperately dreams of winning the "Bombo" - the annual visa lottery held by the Office of American Interest in Havana that selects and awards visas to a limited number of Cubans. Her bored life is about to change completely as she unexpectedly discovers a way to help people and bring them a little bit of happiness.
