Amid family conflicts, personal vulnerabilities and profound loves, Pino, a rebellious soul, finds in music a language to express what he cannot put into words. It is not only the story of an extraordinary artist who revolutionised Italian music by fusing blues, jazz and Neapolitan tradition, but also that of a man at odds with himself, searching for reconciliation with his roots and with the love of a city that never stopped waiting for him.
