MOON LANDING

by Till Endemann

synopsis

Two brothers from a third-generation German family in Kazakhstan are resettled in Germany where they have to deal with a totally foreign new environment. To the Kaefer family, their resettlement in Germany is like a mission to the moon, outcome uncertain. New language, new way of life. The question is: will they be able to adapt to this "better" life? Will they ever feel at home or will they remain strangers in a strange land?
