When Christine discovers a child's body, her whole life changes. The child has been killed in a hit-and-run accident and has been left for dead. The whole village is in a state of uproar and the longer the search for the killer goes on, the more secrets are unvealed. The death of the child becomes an occasion for settling old scores and seeking one's own happiness. But, in the end, no one is innocent.
