synopsis

In 1989, mounting on a small grey horse, Dimitri leaves the banks of the river Amour in the middle of winter and sets off for the Russian empire. After some unusual adventures they arrive in Saint Petersbourg, in the Tsar's court. Having travelled more than 9,000 kilometres in less than 200 days, thus young horseman and his horse have managed to achieve the most wondrous exploit on horseback of all time.
