NIGHT WATCH

by Edgardo Cozarinsky

synopsis

What if on All Saints' Day, the dead were able to come back to life for one night, and try to take with them those people whom they loved on this earth? Victor, a street boy barely out of adolescence, cannot even imagine this. He is a child of the city, in this case of cosmopolitan Buenos Aires, where people have always rejected beliefs of this kind as rural superstitions. A dreamlike descent into the night of a city "that never sleeps", the Buenos Aires of destitution and madness of today, this film is also an exploration of the depths of the most irrational fear, that of the murderous drive of love.
