Lucien is an alert and opinionated 80 year-old. When his wife passes away, he moves in with his daughter Gerda. However, eager to be independent, he moves back to his own house where Mathilde, his friend Felix’s wife helps him out with the housework. Lucien and Mathilde have been close friends for several years. However, living alone also has its down side... and that’s when he meets his new neighbour, Sylvia, an intriguing 46 year-old woman.
