synopsis

Three crooks launch a national donations fund for a fictitious aid action in the Pacific, simply in order to pocket the cash themselves. But when the plan becomes an unprecedented success and raises millions, unscrupulous profiters, as well as the media and authorities, soon start to get wind of the trio’s real intentions.
