During the winter of 2006 five youth faced a brutal tragedy in the Norwegian mountains. Only one girl survived. Frozen and weak she struggles back to civilization. A blookd-covered Jannicke is brought to the local hospital. When she slowly awakes in her bed the hospital is dark and silent, withouth a living soul around. She steps out in the corridors.... Is the nightmare not over?
