LES VIEUX SONT NERVEUX

by Thierry Boscheron

synopsis

Abandoned in a retirement home, a group of "oldies" steal medicinal morphine in order to buy amphetamines and other stimulants that enable them to forget the wear of time for a few moments. During their forest walk, under the influence of the different substances they’ve taken, they take pleasure in destroying all the symbols of youthism and settle their scores with those they refer to as the "Mickeys". They quite simply demolish the "fortysomethings" with their brand new mobile phones who symbolise youthism (fluorescent-clad Sunday sports people, drivers of 4x4s)...But one day, one of their deceased accomplices is replaced by a newcomer.
