Tom Harper

His short films (Cubs, 2006 and Cherries, 2007) were both screened at festivals worldwide, including Sundance, Berlin and Clermont Ferrand, winning a number of awards including a British Independent Film Award and a BAFTA nomination.

His work directing television drama includes Spoil, Dis/Connected and Demons. He was selected by Screen International in 2006 as one of their Stars of Tomorrow, and by Broadcast Magazine as one of their Hotshots in 2008.

The Scouting Book for Boys is his first feature.
