Abel García Roure

Barcelona, 1975. In 1997 he graduated in Audiovisual Communication from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra, taking an IDEC Master in Creative Documentary two years later. He was formerly an assistant director to José Luis Guerin, Isaki Lacuesta, Mercedes Álvarez and Carla Subirana, among others.

He is the author of the medium-length El enigma (2005) and the documentary Apuntes para un retrato / José Luis Guerin (1998). Furthermore, he was the cameraman and co-director of The United States of Europe (2000). Una cierta verdad is his first feature film. (Source: San Sebastian film festival)
