Roberto Castón

A Coruña, 1973. He has directed several short films, the most noteworthy of which are: Ilusión óptica (2001), La pasión según un ateo (2004), Maricón (2004) and Los requisitos de la Nati (2007).

He has been the director of the Bilbao International GLT Film Festival, Zinegoak, since its first edition in 2004. Ander is his first feature as a director and screenwriter. It was presented in the Panorama section at Berlin 2009 and landed the CICAE (International Confederation of Art Cinemas) Award.
