Kaspars Goba

Kaspars Goba was born in Cēsis in Latvia in 1975. He studied biology and communications. A photographer, writer and filmmaker, he founded his own production company, ELM Media, in 2005. He was a participant of the Talent Campus in 2007 where he presented the project HOMO@LV. This documentary was finally screened at the 2011 Berlinale in the Panorama Section.
