Meral Uslu was born in Turkey in 1962. She studied cinematography and directing at the Netherlands Film and Television Academy in Amsterdam. Besides her own films she also directs for television and works as a cinematographer. Her film SNACKBAR (2012) was screened at the 2012 Berlinale. (Source : Berlin Film Festival)
