Born in Beirut in 1965. He studied drama arts at the Lebanese University in Beirut and audio-visual studies at the Institut National de l’Image et du Son near Paris. He then worked as a photojournalist. Since 1995 he has made several short and mid-length documentaries. Makhdoumin is his second full-length film.
