Catrinel Dănăiaƫă

Catrinel Dănăiaţă took a diploma from the I. L. Caragiale National University of Theater and Film in Bucharest. She earned a doctorate in cinema and media studies and currently lectures at Bucharest’s Hyperion University. Her filmography numbers several short films (e.g. Despărțire, 2005) in addition to music videos for top Romanian musicians (Smiley, Feli, Dorian) and commercials for important brands. The director also cooperates on a variety of TV productions. Double (2016) is her feature film debut.
