Constantinos Giannaris

Constantinos Giannaris was born on 3.12.1959. He studied history at a number of universities in England. In the mid-eighties he began working as a director of documentaries, television features and low budget feature films before making a name for himself in the international arena in 1991 with NORTH OF VORTEX, a romantic drama shot in Mexico. He was first a guest of the Panorama in 1989; his most recent outing in the same section was in 2011 with MAN AT SEA. (Source : Berlin Film Festival)
