Born in The Hague on 25.4.1969, he studied film at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Amsterdam until 1996, since which time he has worked largely for television.
His movies Schnitzel Paradise and Winter in Wartime have been shown in several festivals around Europe. (Source: Berlin film festival)
