Parisians of all ages are being given the opportunity to see the latest films at just Euros3 in the city’s 372 cinemas. The three-day offer is sponsored by the city’s municipal authorities and the French Film Theatre Federation and will run August 25-27, effectively bringing to an end another special summer event called “It’s Summer! Paris makes films” that began on July 15. The discounted tickets were already available to filmgoers under the age of 26 in 150 theatres and is being extended to include the entire populace and every cinema in the “City of Lights”.
The event has the support like Jean-Hughes Anglade and Natacha Régnier and was promoted with “Paris Paris”, a filmed commercial that takes the viewer on a musical tour of the Parisian locations for films like Last Tango in Paris and Amélie.
