Monsters, aliens, cops and barflies rule this week
Aided by bad weather, Easter weekend figures were generally positive, with overall box office clocking in at €9.6m (according to Cinetel data, which covers approximately 85% of the domestic market).
First place, for the second week in a row, with nearly €2m, goes to Monsters vs. Aliens (distributed by Universal), while Marley and Me (20th Century Fox Italia) grossed just over €1.5m.
The local films in the top ten are Pupi Avati’s Gli Amici del Bar Margherita [+see also:

film profile], which drops to third place with a weeked gross of €857,000 (for a total of €1.8m in two weeks); new entry Sbirri [+see also:
