by Italy’s Marco Bellocchio, Paris-based international seller Celluloid Dreams intends to shine at the Film Market of the 62nd Cannes Film Festival (May 13-24).

Among the market screenings, the company headed by Hengameh Panahi will be hoping for success with two animated films: Eduardo Schuldt’s German/Italian/Peruvian co-production Dolphin: The Story of a Dreamer (adapted from Sergio Bambarén’s best-seller); and Tomm Moore’s Irish/French/Belgian feature The Secret of Kells [+see also:

Celluloid Dreams will also continue sales for Italian director Gabriel Salvatores’ thriller As God Commands, starring Filippo Timi and Elio Germano; Julie Delpy’s English-language feature The Countess [+see also:

; and Michael Glawogger’s German/French/Austrian co-production Kill Daddy Goodnight.

The line-up also includes German director Margarethe von Trotta’s Vision, which is in post-production and stars Barbara Sukowa; and Gilles Marchand’s French/Belgian co-production Black Heaven, which is in production. New titles may also be announced on the Croisette.

Finally, the well-stocked, high-quality line-up of documentaries includes UK director Franny Armstrong’s The Age of Stupid, which looks at the damage caused by climate change; Austrian filmmaker Erwin Wagenhofer’s Let’s Make Money (Grand Jury Prize at Sundance); My Greatest Escape by France’s Fabienne Godet; and 24H Berlin, which will be broadcast in September (in particular on Arte) to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall.
