Multi-Platform Business School to be held in August
To be held August 4-8 in Ronda, Spain, the Multi-Platform Business School will offer producers, designers and directors of audiovisual content new perspectives and expert advice on how to manage content across an entire range of media and platforms with today’s digital technologies.
The multi-platform approach having emerged as the most promising business model for digital content creation, participants will be encouraged to look at new markets, new business models and a new set of mind in an age of converging media. The five-day event is intended to offer a clearer picture of the chances and the actual potential of projects – both in terms of formats and international co-operations.
A thorough analysis of the diverse markets and production environments for film, TV, web, games and mobile services will help attendees understand all the stages of developing user-centred, cross-format content – ideally based upon the their own projects in the making.
The Multi-Platform Business School also offers an impressive line-up of trainers/coaches that includes Raimo Lang (YLE, Finland), Inga von Staden (Projectscope, Germany), Teut Weidemann (independent games consultant, Germany) and Michael Rueger (independent interaction designer, Germany).
The application deadline for the Multi-Platform Business School is July 6. For additional information, please visit the Media Business School or send an email to mpbs@mediaschool.org.
