Since September 1st, Tero Koistinen is the new CEO of the Finnish Chamber of Films. He takes over from Raija Nurmio who headed the association for the last three decades.

Koistinen has been working as executive director of the Finnish Cinema Exhibitors’ Association since 2006. In addition to managing the Finnish Chamber of Films, he will oversee the activities of the Finnish Film Distributors Association and the Finnish Cinema Exhibitors’ Association. He is well-known Finnish representative within the European cinema organisation circuit such as Media Salles or UNIC (International Union of Cinemas).
