Zurich’s Golden Eye goes to Swiss documentary

The Variety New Talent Award was presented to Cherien Dabis’ US/Kuwaiti/Canadian film Amreeka and the Swiss Film Critics’ Association Prize to Martin Pieter Zandvliet’s Applause [+see also:

With 37,000 admissions, the festival’s attendance figures rose by 1,000 compared to last year.
