European animation sets sights on Latin America at Cartoon Connection

From November 25-27, Buenos Aires will host the first edition of Cartoon Connection, an animation event whose aim is to establish relationships for cooperation and circulation of animated works between the two continents.
During the three-day event, participants will have the opportunity to analyse the main aspects of the animation market in Europe and Latin America.
The Argentinean capital will welcome almost 100 professionals from 17 countries, who will take part in this gathering. They will include representatives from production, distribution and broadcasting companies from France, Germany, the UK, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
Moreover, 16 Latin American producers will present their animated film projects in development (series, features, special works), in order to show their potential on the European market.
