Almost all films supported by MEDIA for over €10m
With the exception of one European co-production with the US and a Russian title, all the other participants of the 22nd edition of the European Film Awards were supported by MEDIA Programme of the European Union.
Development and distribution funds for the films of Pedro Almodóvar, Lars von Trier, Andrea Arnold, Gianni di Gregorio, Tomas Alfredson, Jacques Audiard, Stephen Daldry, Danny Boyle, winner Michael Haneke and other European filmmakers amount to over €10.4m (see PDF document).
