Tornatore to preside over 2010 Rome Fest jury
Giuseppe Tornatore will be president of the international jury of this year’s Rome International Film Festival, to be held from October 28-November 5. Festival president Gian Luigi Rondi says he was chosen "in order to highlight the many merits of Tornatore, one of the most prestigious figures of Italian cinema".

film profile], opened the 2009 Venice Film Festival and was Italy’s submission for the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar nomination.
Director Francesca Comencini will be part of the international jury (presided over by Werner Herzog) of the upcoming Berlinale (February 11-21).
