Santiago shoots latest comedy El Sueño de Iván

by

The final leg of shooting is currently underway on El Sueño de Iván (“Iván’s Dream”), the sixth film by Roberto Santiago, who has yet to release ¿Estás Ahí? (“Are You There?”). Like the rest of the Madrid-born director’s filmography, this new project is a comedy, this time mixing adventures and football. Shooting, which kicked off on August 9, will last eight weeks in the Ciudad de la Luz studios, Alicante and Mexico.

Co-scripted by Santiago and Pablo Fernández, the film centres on a football team made up of children from across the world who play a match against another international team of football stars to raise money to help victims of an earthquake in Africa.
