Two members of the management committee at RAI have resigned. They are Luigi Zanda and Carmine Donzelli. Both of them are close to the opposition and they have renounced the mandate their received last February with a letter sent to the leaders of the Parliament, Pierferdinando Casini and Marcello Pera. It's a gesture, explains Carmine Donzelli, not linked to the specific nominations to be discussed today, but to the "overall climate". The precise reasons have been outlined in the letter, but Donzelli confirms: "I informed the president Baldassarre and I know that Zanda has done the same".
