The Umbria Film Festival and the European Institute of Culture of Karlsruhe, directed by Edgar Reitz, are organising a training course in screenwriting scheduled to take place in March 2003 in Montone (Perugia). The event is modelled on the International Screenwriting Workshop that was a huge success in 1999 and 2000. The training course is free and open to 16 participants aged over 24. Those interested in taking part have until 27 January to enrol and can download an entry form from the Montone Umbria Film Festival official web site.
