, Peter Calin Netzer's Medal of Honor and Titus Muntean's Kino Caravan, all three with seven nominations.

Four hundred voting filmmakers, critics and journalists will also give the Best Actor Award to one of the five nominated actors: George Pistereanu (If I Want to Whistle); Andras Hathazi and Turkey's Yilmaz Yalcin, both from Morgen; Mimi Branescu (Tuesday, After Christmas); and Victor Rebengiuc (Medal of Honor).

Tuesday, After Christmas has two shots at the Best Actress trophy, in Maria Popistasu and Mirela Oprisor, while Ada Condeescu (If I Want to Whistle), Ozana Oancea (First of All, Felicia) and Adriana Trandafir (Europolis) also have a chance of winning the award.

For its the fifth edition, the Gopos introduce a Best First Film Award, which most likely will go to If I Want to Whistle, though Serban does have strong competition from Morgen and First of All, Felicia.

Nominated for Best Film, First Feature, Director, Best Actor and Actress, Screenplay, Best Support Actor and Supporting Actress, Cinematography, Editing, Sound, Art Direction and New Hope (George Pistereanu), If I Want to Whistle is also set to receive the Audience Award, given to the most popular domestic release of the previous year. Released in March, the film sold 55,000 admissions in ten weeks.

The Gopo gala will take place on March 28.
