) has wrapped Das Leben ist Nichts Für Feiglinge (“Life Is Not For Cowards”), a Riva Films production based on Gernot Gricksch’s novel of the same name and adapted by the author himself. The cast stars Wotan Wilke Möhring, Helen Woigk, Christine Schorn, Frederick Lau and Rosalie Thomass.

The film tells the story of a family who are suddenly shattered when the mother disappears in curious circumstances. While the father, Markus, takes refuge in the past, his 15-year-old daughter, Kim, decides to go with a friend to Denmark, where the family used to go on holiday. Markus thus sets out in search of his daughter, and ends up finding himself on his journey.
