BLS Sudtirol-Alto Adige: deadlines for funding for the audiovisual industry 2012
The provincial agency for promotion of the local area Business Location Sudtirol-Alto Adige has announced the three 2012 deadlines to apply for funding from its audiovisual Fund: February 1, May 2 and September 19.
Managed by BLS' Film Fund & Commission department, the fund is offered by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and will be equipped with €5 Million, which will enable funding for film and television projects of any kind. Particular attention will be given to co-productions between the Italian and German markets.
There are three different types of funding available: financing of pre-production, production and combined financing for pre-production and production. Film and television productions can apply independently of their headquarters. The necessary condition to be able to apply for funding is to have held an consultation interview with BLS at least ten days before the expiry of the three deadlines.
