KitchenFilm distributes Children of Sarajevo, winner in Pesaro

), won in Pesaro not only the Lino Miccichè Prize, but also the Young Jury Prize and the Amnesty International Prize for Cinema and Human Rights.

Children of Sarjevo was presented at the last Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard selection read the news), where it won the Special Distinction award. It tells the story of a brother and sister, orphans of the war in Bosnia. The film, produced in Bosnia-Herzegovina in coproduction with Germany, France and Turkey, also received support from Italy: it was developed within the 2010 FrameWork program of the TorinoFilmLab and received a 100million euro Production Award at the TFL Meeting Event the same year.
