Market to include Rohrwacher and Comencini
- Don’t Forget, produced by Lumière & Co, and When You Were Born, produced by Tempesta Film, have both been admitted into the Berlinale Co-Production Market
Two Italian films were among the 38 admitted into the tenth Co-Production Market taking place on February 10-12 within the context of the Berlin Festival running February 7-17. The selected two are Don’t Forget by Cristina Comencini, produced by Lumière & Co, andWhen You Were Born by Alice Rohrwacher (photo), produced by Tempesta Film.
This year’s selection includes films by internationally renowned directors such as Søren Kragh-Jacobsen, Lucrecia Martel and György Palfy, as well as relative newcomers to the scene like Emin Alper, Phan Dang Di, Asli Özge and Alice Rohrwacher herself.
