- Allocated funds aimed at hospitality go from €300,000 to €400,000 for a second 2013 deadline set for May 31
In an age of budget cuts, an increase in funds for the audiovisual sector is certainly news worthy. The Hospitality Fund from the Apulia Film Commission, is going from allocating €300,000 to €400,000 for their second deadline of the year. Aimed at cinema productions shooting in Apulia, the deadline for applications has been set for 31 May 2013, available online with the Apulia National Film Fund and the Apulia International Film Fund.
The fund is reserved for Italian, European and non-European audiovisual, cinema and television production companies whose projects are fictions, television films and series, or online series. Financing will cover costs accumulated during selected projects’ work in Apulia, with particular attention to food and lodging, transport and trips within the region’s borders.
The amount allocated will be determined by the obtained score, and the spending budget for Apulia, with a maximum of €100,000 per project. Beneficiaries from the 31 January 2013 deadline call will be announced in March. The third deadline for 2013 has been set to 30 September 2013.
