- Already secured for Scandinavian distribution by Swedish major Svensk Filmindustri, Danish director Søren Kragh-Jacobsen's psychological thriller begins international sales before the local premiere

Danish director Søren Kragh-Jacobsen’s psychological thriller The Hour of the Lynx, which Danish distributor SF Film will launch domestically on May 23, has been acquired for UK distribution by Arrow Films, which plans to release it later this year.

“Usually international sales take off after a film has been presented at a major festival or market, but Arrow signed the contract having read the script and seen a few selected scenes,” said Danish producer Lars Bredo Rahbek. “We are incredibly thrilled to have purchased this exciting film,” added Arrow acquisitions chief Tom Stewart.
