With Two Men in Town, Rachid Bouchareb (photo) has begun shooting his 9th feature film, a movie in English with a top-notch cast. On the bill, American actors Forest Whitaker (Best Actor award in Cannes in 1988, Oscar for Best Actor in 2007, who has just finished shooting Zulu by Jérôme Salle) and Harvey Keitel (soon to be seen in The Congress by Ari Folman), Brirish actress Brenda Blethyn (Golden Globe winner and nominee for a Best Actress Oscar in 1997 for Secrets & Lies, now reunited with the director after London River [+see also:

Following 18 years of imprisonment in New Mexico, he has only one thing in his head: to join the outside world and live a normal life. His parole officer, Emily Smith, is to help him in his struggle. But Garnett's past soon catches up with him. Sheriff Bill Agati intends to make him pay dearly for the death of his sidekick 20 years earlier.
It should be noted that Enemy Way is an Indian ritual used by the Navajos to ward off the ghosts of people from outside the tribe, killed in combat, and consequently a "magic" act to turn bad luck towards an evil sorcerer.
