The film is produced by Lizzette Atkins of Unicorn Films and financed through Screen Australia, Film Victoria, and the Melbourne International Film Festival Premiere Fund. High Point will represent the film at the Cannes market.

Atkins said, “Full of lost in translation moments, Aim High in Creation is a revolutionary comedy about propaganda but at its heart it is a deeply moving story about the humanity which binds us together across cultures and ideology.”
